JENNIFER DONALD, M.B.A.
President & CEO
Jennifer is a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Grant and Proposal Writer, and Entrepreneurial Business Consultant. She has extensive experience in providing training in Grant Writing, Business Development and the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Query Reporting Tool.
Jennifer is a member of Class Three of the Jim Moran Institute (JMI) for Global Entrepreneurship Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) and has years of experience working in city and county government. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University's School of Business and Industry, where she had the opportunity to intern in New York City, New York; Rochester, New York; and Boston, Massachusetts. She has been married to her husband Greg for over 23 years and they have two children.
CHAEWON PARK
Business Consultant
Chaewon works as a consultant to many of the non-profit clients, providing a range of services such as project management, bookkeeping, web design, logo & branding, and grant research. She is a Certified QBO ProAdvisor and as a part of the MDCG Team, she brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of human resources and finance. Her experience as an intern at the local government budget office allowed her to enhance her skills as an analyst and accounting professional.
KRISTIE KENNEDY-WARD
Executive Leadership Trainer
Kristie is a certified impact coach for corporate executives and is skilled in four areas of leadership development: mindset, momentum, motivation, and potential maximization. Kristie has a passion for empowering business professionals who have reached a mental plateau with the ability to turn their can'ts into cans and their dreams into plans. Her life is a testament that you can shift from mediocrity to magnificence one bold step at a time.
BIANCA BULENGO, M.S.
Account & Marketing Strategist
Bianca works with clients in creating business plans, establishing meaningful business relationships and partnerships, developing marketing strategies, event planning, and workshop development opportunities. As a graduate of Florida State University’s Marketing & Management Communication master’s program, her concentration is in Integrated Marketing Communication, Business Research, and Multicultural Marketing. Her passion is to use her skill set to bring the consumer into the advertising and marketing process while concentrating on the client’s vision, mission, and needs.
JAKE BRADEN
Lead iOS Developer
Jake designs, builds and maintains state-of-the-art mobile applications. He implements artistic User Interface design, intuitive code in the Swift Language, and connects to scalable backend databases to take a single idea to a fully-functioning application. He works with the client through every element of the application to build a lasting change and robust brand, as opposed to a simple product with each application produced, being up to industry standards and exceeding all expectations!
HINA AHMED, PMP
Project Manager
Hina is a highly organized individual with strong interpersonal skills and experience as a Project Manager and Executive Administrator skilled in strategic management, business processes, and information technology (IT). Hina is involved in the management, development, updating and monitoring of business and action plans, strategic branding, training, and educational development. Hina received a graduate certificate in project management from Florida State University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
DESTINY DONALD
Graphic Design and Communications Analyst
Destiny is currently a junior at Florida State University majoring in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) with a concentration in Graphic Design and a minor in Business. Destiny is instrumental in assisting existing businesses and business start-ups with brand awareness and marketing including but not limited to logo designs, social media, and print media. Destiny looks forward to combining her passion for creative expression and design to help "for-profit" and "non-profits" elevate their purpose and mission to reach and expand their customer base for better marketing success.
TE'RON HEDRINGTON
Intern
Te’Ron is currently a senior at Florida A&M University majoring in Business Administration. He has held many leadership positions on campus serving as Vice President for the School of Business and Industry Exchange Company, a mentor to freshmen with Big Brother Little Brother Mentoring Program, a Presidential Ambassador and a recent member of the Florida A&M Royal Court. He is also a proud member of the Beta Nu Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
At MDCG, Te’Ron is a Marketing/Information Research Intern. He is tasked with assisting clients with marketplace development, social media/public relations, and identifying potential business partners for start-ups, non-profits, and corporations introducing new products in the market. He also reviews operational and project objectives in order to assist with marketing plans, system development and business proposals.
