(MDCF) is a non-profit human resource development organization founded in Tallahassee, Florida committed to act and operate exclusively for charitable purposes by promoting social welfare through economic development, entrepreneurial training, and information technology training for youth.  All programs are dedicated to helping teens tap into the wealth they possess within!
